The Lapierre eZesty AM Ltd is an Energy Bike that looks, rides and feels like a ‘normal’ mountain bike. The only difference? Thanks to the FAZUA Energy Ride System, the Lapierre eZesty supports you in exploring further, climbing higher and pushing deeper. The smooth, natural-feeling support of the Energy Ride System ensures a big smile on the way up, while completely disappearing on the way down thanks to resistance-free coasting. It’s mountain biking. Just more of it. Don’t feel like you need a support on those shorter rides? Just take out the Drivepack and ride a bike, that’s 3.3 kg lighter.

Fauza Evation 1.0 Drive Pack

Steep climbs and even steeper descents. Epic rides far-out in the middle of nowhere, deep in the forest, high up in the mountains – mountain biking takes us places. We don’t want to change the way we ride, we just want to ride more.

Ride 50 Evation

As heart of the FAZUA Ride 50 Evation, the Drivepack includes the integrated motor and houses the Energy 250X. With a constant output of 250 W and a peak power of 450 W, the Ride 50 Evation provides seamless, natural-feeling and powerful support on all your rides. Weighing only 1.9 kg (without the battery), the Drivepack is completely removable.

The choice is yours: Use the Energy Ride System for extra natural-feeling support or remove the Drivepack and battery with just one click, replace it with the Downtube Cover and ride with a bike that’s 3.3 kg lighter.

Bottom Bracket

The frame-integrated angular gearbox delivers up to 55 Nm of torque. The Bottom Bracket completely disengages from the rest of the Energy Ride System when riding above the motor’s legal speed limit. Furthermore, it allows resistance-free coasting when not engaged.

Torque measurement on both sides and additional cadence measurement ensure natural-feeling support and an efficient power transmission.

The Power Pack

Energy 250X

The Energy 250X is the Lithium-Ion battery to energize your ride. It combines low weight with optimal power and a capacity of 252 Wh. The Energy 250X is the size and weight of a water bottle and can be changed within a few seconds, so carrying an extra battery for those epic all-day rides is no back-breaking chore anymore.
